The advertised price is medication only. Strength, quantity and, for Saxenda, requested duration affect the medication price.
Later completed assessments cost $35 with your advance consent, including a new prescription or dose change. A prescription is not guaranteed. Ordinary refills under a valid prescription do not add an assessment fee.
Your first membership month is free. Billed once per patient, separately from medication, for treatment messaging and ongoing support. Cancel in Billing; it stops automatically when your last medication plan ends.
Free when our Canada Post quote is $50 or less; otherwise a flat $19.99. Your postal code determines the amount shown at checkout.

New-patient examples exclude shipping and assume no additional assessment. Month 1 is medication only; from month 2 add the separately billed $19.99 doctor-support membership, once per patient. Later completed assessments cost $35 with advance consent, not automatically each month. A valid 3- or 6-month prescription can cover ordinary refills without repeat assessments; your clinician decides the duration. You must accept an updated medication quote before any higher charge.

Request a 1-, 3- or 6-month prescription duration. This is a request, not a guaranteed prescription or an upfront payment. Your clinician decides the medication, strength and duration after reviewing your health history.
After consultation, message your clinician to discuss strength. Review your final plan and accept an updated quote before any higher charge. Saving your card at checkout does not start a subscription or charge you today.
