Modern prescription options have years of post-market data across metabolic care. Weight-management indications are newer, and your clinician reviews whether the evidence fits your file. Long-term safety data is favourable; your clinician monitors for the known risks (pancreatitis, gallbladder, thyroid) at each check-in.

Wexi's clinicians help map a step-down or maintenance approach — sometimes a lower-intensity plan, sometimes a transition to behavioural maintenance with periodic check-ins.
