Terms of use.
Last updated September 15, 2026. These terms govern use of Wexi’s website, account tools, checkout, questionnaire, messaging, and related weight-care services.
Not emergency care
Wexi is not for medical emergencies. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek urgent local care. For mental-health crisis support in Canada, call or text 988.
Clinical review
Submitting an intake does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed clinician decides whether treatment is appropriate. Wexi may decline, request more information, refer you elsewhere, or cancel a payment authorization when care is not appropriate.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide complete and accurate information. Incorrect or incomplete information can create safety risks and may result in refusal, cancellation, or delay of care.
Payments
For new plans under our September 15, 2026 care model, checkout saves your card without charging it. Medication bills monthly after clinician approval and your acceptance of the final quote. Existing accepted plans retain their agreed prices.
Your first completed prescription assessment is free. Later assessments cost $35 CAD, with your consent before each assessment. This fee is payable when the assessment is completed even if no prescription is issued. New prescriptions or dose changes can require assessment; ordinary refills under a valid prescription do not add this fee.
Doctor-support membership
The first membership month is free, starting with your first paid medication plan. Membership then costs $19.99 CAD per month, once per patient, billed separately from medication and assessments. Messaging covers your treatment, medication questions, side effects and next steps. It does not guarantee a prescription, immediate response or emergency care. You can cancel membership or medication renewals in Account > Billing. Membership also stops automatically when your last medication plan ends. Cancellation does not automatically refund completed assessments or previously paid medication. A new assessment or higher medication price requires fresh consent; restarting does not renew the introductory offer.
Prescription medications
Prescription medications are dispensed by licensed Canadian pharmacy partners. Brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. Wexi is not affiliated with Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying Wexi if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
